Wrestlers — offseason crossover

You already have the hardest part. We'll teach you the submissions.

Built for offseason and in-season crossover. Your top pressure, scrambles, and conditioning already translate — we add the guard, the leg attacks, and the finishes to your game.

  • No-gi evenings
  • In-season friendly
  • Leg attacks, guard passing, finishing from positions you already win
  • Grades 9–12

03 — No-Gi

Same game.
No collar to hold.

No-gi strips the grips away and leaves you with position, pressure, and timing. Shorts and a rash guard, faster scrambles, and a direct line into leg entanglements, body locks, and front headlock control. Great for competitors and for anyone who wants their jiu-jitsu to work without a uniform.

A ready stance on the academy mats

Wrestlers, you're halfway there.

Your pressure, scrambles, and conditioning already carry over — we just add the guard, the leg attacks, and the finishes. No-gi runs Wednesday evenings and it's in-season friendly. Grades 9-12 welcome.

Built for south-side wrestlers

Minutes from Greenwood and Center Grove, our no-gi program is built for south-side wrestlers. If you compete for Center Grove, Greenwood, Whiteland, or Franklin, the offseason here keeps your engine running and adds what folkstyle leaves out: submissions. The pressure and scrambles you already win carry straight over. We add the guard, the leg attacks, and the finishes.
